Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are 100% manufactured within the UK, on the outskirts of London.

How are your products made?

Our products are manufactured by ourselves using FDM technology, on our fleet of 3d printers using biodegradable materials.

Do you design your products yourself?

We do indeed. All of our products are designed by ourselves of which we prototype until we achieve the exact product we're after and then make it available to you. This also means that we can customize our products to meet your needs.

Can I make bulk orders? 

Absolutely, we have fulfilled large orders and will continue to do so. Please reach out to us via our contact page or email us at info@rt3dtech if you would like to discuss bulk orders and/or reselling our products.

Where is my order?

If ordering from within the UK most orders will arrive within 3-5 working days and between 1-3 weeks if ordering outside the UK. International orders take longer due to passing through customs and this can often delay your order however please be patient and they will arrive quickly after they've cleared.

Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely, we welcome any custom requests, just drop us a message on our Contact Us page or email us at info@rt3dtech.com.

Where is my tracking number?

You should receive your racking number via email however if you can;t find this then please email info@rt3dtech.com or contact us via our contact page.

Help, my item/s arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please accept our sincerest apologies if your items have been damaged in transit, please email us at info@rt3dtech.com with the details and order number and we will of course, replace your item.
